Advantage Health care is part of City & County Healthcare Complex Division will provide you the support and ongoing training and development to make a rewarding difference to people's lives every day.

This Support Worker/Care Assistant role pays up to £14.55per hour. We offer flexible shift patterns and exclusive nurse led training

We are looking for Male support workers to support our Male client with his every day needs: Male client aged 27, Diagnosed with Autism, Learning disabilities, and also has OCD.

Lives at home with parents and sibling.

This young man requires support withall different aspects of his everyday life; Prompting with personal care, and preparing and cooking of meals, and promoting his independence, this young man has no sense of danger, but enjoys interacting with staff and peers, although he does not have a lotof verbal speech, he will listen to what people say and takes in lots of information.

The client requires support with activities in the community, he enjoys swimming, Brush craft activities, woodwork, gardening and small animal care.

He will become fixatedon finishing a task and does this at his own pace and does not like to be rushed.

Therefore, support workers will be patient and understanding of the client's needs and abilities.

Pay Rates:
£10.65-£14.55 (Inclusive of holiday pay)
