Description
We are currently recruiting a number of Casual Administrators for various Head Office departments. Please be aware that this role is office-based.

Based near the historic New Walk in Leicester City Centre and located within walking distance of Leicester train station, University of Leicester and De Montfort University, Showsec's Head Office offers a vibrant working environment to several departments, with vacancies available in the following:

Screening

Finance
You will be assigned to one of these departments based on your preferences and skillset.


What you will be doing
Job duties vary but all are administrative positions


Responsibilities may include:

  • Maintaining spreadsheets and databases
  • Reviewing documents
  • Liaising with Operations managers
  • Providing daily reports to your line manager
  • Updating staff files

What Showsec can offer you

  • A minimum hourly rate of £12.22 per hour (comprising a pay rate of £10.90 and indicative holiday pay of £1.32). Holiday pay is indicative because it is accrued at 12.07% for every hour worked in accordance with your average pay rate over the previous 52 worked weeks. If you work at a different rate the pay and holiday pay will change accordingly
  • Flexibility to work around other commitments, e.g. your studies, childcare or another job.

What we need from you

  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • The ability to prioritise tasks and communicate confidently with staff and management at all levels within the business
  • You will be a selfstarter who is motivated, driven and can manage high workloads with mínimal direction and line management
  • Customer service experience is desirable
