Electrical Engineer - Seating

Crewe

9 months (end of 2023)

Up to £30 per hour

Main Tasks

Manage suppliers to meet project deliverables.
Keep up to date with legislative and technical development in Seat Electronics.
Provide assistance to other nonEngineering functions for Seat Electronics relevant topics.

Key Skills

Good working knowledge of automotive electronics and software.
Strong knowledge of and handson encounter with vehicle communications/architecture (CAN & LIN).
Dataset creation and management, calibration, testing and signoff.
Automotive electrical circuit and wiring interpretation.
Familiarity with/use of vehicle diagnostic tools (VAS/IDEX/ODIS).
Good awareness of vehicle power systems including high voltage.
Ability to selfstart and work independently to complete required tasks.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Good communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent coordination and organisation skills.
Ability to work crossfunctionally.
Flexible team player who can liaise at all levels within the organisation.
Conversant with systems and processes.
