£30,000 - £35,000

Based in Liverpool St, London, office based
Are you a highly experienced administrator who is used to working in a fast-paced environment?

Do you have experience of working in recruitment or have a keen interest in working in the industry supporting a busy team?

Are you a confidant communicator who has the desire to ensure all admin tasks are completed on time?

A highly successful and growing Healthcare Recruitment business is looking to recruit an Administration Manager to join their team.

This role will be supporting the CEO and wider team, checking weekly reports, and ensuring all data is accurate and on theirCRM system.

The role requires confidant communicators, chasing consultants, on missing data and providing Office Management support.


Duties:


  • Office management: ordering goods, contacting with suppliers, paying invoices, ensuring offices are always tidy
  • Sending out PNBL and query reports to consultants and chasing outstanding POs, bookings on systems, timesheets etc.
  • Eclipse reporting weekly
  • Booking flights and accommodation for the CEO and wider team
  • Support the CEO with any additional administration as and when needed
  • General administration and filing duties
  • Arranging corporate events, this will include monthly awards incentives, nights outs and lunches
  • Internal sourcing
  • On boarding of all new starters and inductions
  • Compiling of stats for each team, weekly reporting
  • Updating holiday tracker
  • Updating lateness and sickness records
  • Tracking team targets

Keys Skills and Experience:


  • An energetic, organized and driven senior administrator, office manager
  • Confident communicator, straight talker
  • Recruitment industry experience desirable, or experience in working in a fast past environment
  • Used to using CRM systems
  • Microsoft office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook
