Community Support Worker - North-east Wales

  • Adults and Communities £16 an hour
Search Consultancy is currently looking for a Locality Support Worker to join our clients Assessment Team in North-east Wales.

As a successful Community Support Worker, you will provide advice and information by a range of communication methods, including face to face contact, direct work with individuals with disabilities or mental health needs working with them to live independently.

Essential requirements of this Community Support Worker role:

  • Experience of working in a health or social care setting
  • Experience of dealing with members of the public by a range of communication methods demonstrating excellent customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work in partnership with colleagues and a range of allied services
  • The ability to recognise when matters need to be escalated
  • The legal right to work in the UK
