BTE Claims Team Leader

Location:
Bristol & Work From Home 3 Days A Week

Salary:
£32,000 - £41,000- DOE + Great Benefits Package

The Company:

We are working with a leading legal expenses provider in the Bristol area who are looking for a Technical Claims Specialist to join their team.

The Role:

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of claims staff of various levels and abilities.

This is a great opportunity to join a specialist team with a wealth of opportunity to develop and manage relationships with multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to, internal colleagues, the insured and, solicitors.

The Required Skills:

Previous experience handling Legal Expenses claims is essential

Law degree is preferable, however, not essential

Strong communication, client management and time management skills

Previous managerial experience

Experience working with a wide range of stakeholders

Strong IT and customer service skills
