Tate Recruitment is seeking exceptional Customer Service Representatives to join their company in Edinburgh through a partnership with Diligenta.

For nearly 200 years, people have trusted Standard Life to take care of their retirement needs and life savings.

Standard Life is now a part of Diligenta, a UK-based FCA-regulated subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), and it specialises in the provision of business process services for the life and pensions industry.


Today, they provide services to millions of clients who approach them directly, through advisers, and through their employer's pension plan.

They take pride in consistently delivering excellent client service.

We have a variety of dates in June and July, and these chances could result in a permanent position.


Role obligations includes-

  • Providing exceptional customer care to all policyholders at every stage of their interaction with Diligenta/Standard Life.
  • Ensure that each and every customer has a positive customer service experience by giving them prompt, attentive service at all times.
  • Own up to client issues, resolving them at the initial point of contact and elevating them where necessary
  • Monitoring a mailbox that could contain mail from coworkers or insurance clients.
  • Coordinating with other teams and departments to find a solution for the policyholder.
  • Displaying professionalism when speaking with Financial employees or customers.
  • Accept responsibility for the tasks you are given and monitor activity.
