Description
Bremont in Henley-On-Thames are looking for a Lead Receptionist to be the face of the company, welcoming every visitor and employee through the door.
This is an important and varied position where no two days will be the same and does require someone who has previous experience within a similar setting, someone who is able to multi task and someone who can work on initiative when it is busy whilst maintaining a positive environment and encouraging and leading a team and providing first class customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Open reception.
- To always lead by example and be a Brand ambassador for the client
- Greet and assist visitors and VIPs
- Attend events when required
- Work closely with other departments to provide a seamless fivestar service
- To carry out other duties or responsibilities that may from time to time be assigned by your manager.
- Coach and support the wider team.
- Assist with the switchboard connecting relevant calls/Screening.
- Some facilities duties
- Help with meeting room prep, Fire Marshall duties plus more
- Work with the Events team setting up for events, ordering and supplies and catering.
- Administrative duties
- Manage the post and organise couriers.
- Deal with general enquiries
- Liaise with Sales and Facilities
Requirements:
- A passion for delivery of exceptional service
- Excellent communication skills and confident handling internal and external candiates
- Outstanding customer service skills, serving customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner.
- Above all have a welcoming, friendly, reliable attitude towards the team and the customers.
- The ability to work as a team player and on own initiative.
- Coach more junior members of the team
