The Opportunity:

This post is full-time (35 hours per week), however, we are open to considering flexible working patterns.

We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.

**This is a fixed term post, from Spring 2024 to 31 March 2026.

Your skills and attributes for success:

  • A PhD (or soon to be awarded a PhD) in Political Science, International Law, Sociology, International Relations, or a related discipline.
  • A strong track record of research publications commensurate with career stage.
  • Excellent time management, teamworking, problem solving and organisational skills, and a willingness to support the management of the PeaceRep data production and related outputs. Experience in crossnational, comparative quantitative research and research design, and in collecting and analysing quantitative data in social sciences.
