Description

Warehouse Manager required for busy distribution centre in Hereford, specialising in bespoke bathroom furnishings.

You will be providing the necessary day to day support to the Operations Manager in achieving excellence and surpassing the key performance indicator requirements of the warehouse operation.

General Duties

Adhere to confidentiality relating to all aspects of our business.
Work positively towards antidiscriminatory practice.
Actively participate in the Health and Safety requirements within the company.
Represent the company professionally and always seek to build the reputation of its products.
Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues, customers, and others to promote and represent the reputation of the company.
Work in accordance with company policies and procedures and any other relevant legislation.
Liaise with relevant professionals, maintaining company standards of practice and ethos.
Be flexible in approach, prioritise workload and respond to crisis to ensure the necessary provisions are maintained.
To be willing to help in other areas as required upon instructions from your line manager.
Ensure your own Continued Professional Development and keep abreast of changes externally within your area of expertise.

Working hours:

Monday to Friday 9.00am 6.30pm

**Salary:
-**- £40,000 - £45,000
