Temporary 6-month Assignment
Purchase Ledger Clerk
Ipswich (free parking)

A business based in Ipswich area is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to help support a team on a temporary basis for the next 6 months with the view of going permanent.


Responsibilities:


  • Inputting invoices and goods received notes on to the purchase ledger
  • Monthly Statement reconciliations
  • Liaising with colleagues and suppliers to resolve any issues with invoices, purchase orders and goods received notes.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Other Adhoc duties
