Job Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain HubSpot platform including ongoing setup, configuration, and customization to meet business requirements.
  • Design and implement HubSpot workflows, automation, and lead scoring models to optimize marketing and sales processes.
  • Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within HubSpot.
  • Monitor data quality and integrity within HubSpot, conducting regular audits and cleanup activities as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand business needs and provide solutions leveraging HubSpot capabilities.
  • Train users on HubSpot functionality and best practices to maximize adoption and proficiency.
  • Stay updated on HubSpot features, releases, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and capabilities.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience as a standalone HubSpot Administrator or similar role, with a deep understanding of HubSpot's features, modules, and capabilities.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Solutions Partner, HubSpot Administrator) preferred.
  • Proven experience in configuring and customizing HubSpot workflows, automation, and lead scoring models.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve HubSpotrelated issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally with marketing, sales, and customer service teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions to optimize HubSpot performance.
