We're working with a Property Management company to assist then in their search for a Health & Safety Officer to join their growing team.
This position suits someone either with existing health and safety experience and knowledge, or someone working in property who wants to transition into health and safety.
This position is predominantly home, and field based, visiting client sites, with attendance to the office as and when necessary.

- Carry out Fire, Health and Safety Risk Assessments on client sites and complete reports
- Assist in reviewing the asbestos, water hygiene, engineering, health and safety and fire risk reports
- Assist in managing Health and Safety Notifications for Managed Tasks and Action Items
- Proactively promote Health, Safety and Environment throughout the company
- Support the Health and Safety Manager on all health and safety aspects
- Work alongside Health and Safety Manager to provide advice to internal staff on health and safety matters e.g. Incident reporting, positive intervention reporting
- In the event of an accident, be part of the Investigation Team and ensure all statutory reporting requirements are fulfilled
- Assist Health and Safety Manager to follow up and ensure close out of accidents that have been investigated, assisting with completion of reports
- Assist in preparing for external audits
- Attend regular health and safety meeting reporting any findings or suggestions that are relevant to the meeting

£30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
