What you'll do- Lead on the delivery of all resourcing transactional processes for temporary and permanent staff
- Procure and manage contracts to support the resourcing provision, including marketing partners and agency management
- Embed EDI in our resourcing and recruitment activities, seeking opportunities to continuously improve our approach
- Support the effective onboarding of new starters
- Provide and maintain relevant workforce planning data to inform our resourcing approach. This includes both internal and external intelligence gathering and market mapping
- Lead and support on specific resourcing projects such as our employer value proposition and strategies for apprenticeship and the care experienced
- Lead on the recruitment policies and procedures for the organisation
- The role requires wide engagement across the organisation at all levels and external relationship management requiring flexible, agile and collaborative working
As Resourcing Adviser, you'll lead on the attraction and assessment of talent, working as part of the HR Team, supporting the ambitions for a diverse workforce and creating an employer of choice.
These are the skills you'll already have:
- You can deliver HR resourcing solutions to meet business objectives
- You understand relevant current Employment Law and Equalities legislation
- You can analyse and interpret management information
- You can build positive working relationships, influencing decision makers at all levels
- You can advise colleagues on resourcing, including best practice and policies to ensure compliance
- You can plan and manage your own workload, working independently and creatively.
