This is a 9 month FTC and we are looking for people who are immediately available.
As a Claims Administrator, you'll be joining the Claims Team.
We believe that the claims experience can be so much better in the insurance industry So, our mission is to deliver the most delightful and efficient claims experience to our customers.
We're looking for a Claims Administrator to join our growing claims operations team. Your role will vary as we take this first step on our claims journey to bring some services in-house.The role will require an eye for detail and quality, and we will expect you to demonstrate an understanding of what our business does and how we operate.
Like all roles at Marshmallow, we will encourage you to collaborate with your teammates to find the best solutions and improvements to our processes, setting us up for success.
What you'll be doing
- Setting up new claims on our system
- Ensuring general housekeeping and internal SLAs are adhered to
- Managing and responding to supplier queries
- Updating reserve where appropriate
- Identifying potential high risk correspondence and updating internal stakeholders
Who you are:
- You must have Insurance Industry experience

Our process:
We break it up into 2 stages:
- Initial call with a member of our TA Team (20 mins)
- A skillbased interview where you will meet Maddy O'Gorman
- Claims Team Lead (30 Minutes)
Background checks:
To meet our regulatory obligations as an FCA-authorised financial services company, we need to do some background checks on all new hires.
