Knight Frank is looking for a 'Senior UX Designer' who will create best practice UX research and design process ensuring user journeys are mapped and deliver effortless experiences as well as making sure accessibility and usability are key elements of our user centred design thinking.


You will be working across a global web estate, putting in place UX principles and UX/UI best practice to ensure all our customers receive an outstanding Knight Frank experience.

You will be customer obsessed, inputting into and championing the CX.


As a federated business each one of our territories and divisions will need bespoke activity delivered to help them be successful in their markets.

You will need to support them achieve their ambitions, operating to a clear set of principles.


You will be a highly motivated and patient individual, who understands the need to focus on quick wins initially, moving to bigger, more impactful, changes as you establish credibility in the organisation.


Responsibilities:


  • Deliver endtoend UX deliverables using a UCD approach, from user research to wireframe/prototype design, testing, and iteration, with oversight from Lead UX designer.
  • Responsible the UX deliverables on a number of key projects with oversight from the Lead UX designer and working closely with our Lead product designer
  • Collaborate with Product teams to pinpoint customer needs and enhance user journeys for continuous improvement and measurable business impact.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure digital solutions align with user expectations and business goals.
  • Conduct user research, design validation, and assess user feedback to inform iterative improvements.
  • Develop user journey maps, wireframes, user flows, process flows, prototypes and site maps for effective communication of design ideas.
  • Present and justify designs and key milestones to peers and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for UX deliverables within projects, ensuring completeness and clarity in documentation.

Experience required:


  • Strong design thinking and agile delivery process with an excellent UX portfolio.
  • Demonstratable experience of delivering medium to large UX projects across websites/ web apps.
  • Proficient in conducting user research, qualitative and quantitative and writing debriefs/using insights to iterate solutions.
  • Identifying existing UX challenges and crafting clear UX design solutions that deliver user delight and business impact
  • Agile and have worked with development teams of different disciplines. You should be able to communicate effectively with both technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Communicate effectively both written and oral
  • Stay informed about emerging design and technology trends, contributing insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proven experience in conducting user research, competitive analysis, and prototyping to inform design decisions.
  • Experience leading workshops to foster innovation and alignment among team members.
  • A portfolio showcasing impactful design projects and collaborative achievements.
