The Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join a successful business who have a suite of software solutions which are market leading in their sector.
As part of the role you will be expected to lead projects on behalf the business, liaising directly with both customers and Industry representative bodies.
Projects will vary in size, from small and medium sized change requests to existing products, throughto larger changes and implementations of new products.
You will manage the delivery of multiple projects running concurrently to multiple customers, adopting best practice project management techniques to achieve project deliverables and maintaining communicationto project team members and stakeholders via meetings and reporting.
You will be working directly with the internal Development, Test and Infrastructure teams as well as external parties to develop and revise detailed project plans based on requirements and changing needs.
Liaising with other Project Managers overseeing andco-ordinating cross-functional initiatives to ensure that time, cost, and quality parameters are monitored and managed.
The Person
- A qualified Project Manager who has demonstrable experience of software delivery, and who has a track record of managing the delivery of complex business and IT change utilising a proven understanding of project management techniques in an agile environment
- Able to provide evidence of project planning of medium to large projects and be proficient in the use of formal scheduling tools
- Have solid experience of all stages of the project delivery and software development lifecycles
- Demonstrable experience of managing a diverse change portfolio with concurrent initiatives underpinned by proven dexterity, creativity and the efficient use of resources
- An excellent communicator with experience of engaging and managing third parties and have the ability to assimilate information quickly and accurately. As such, you will have a capability to contribute to or produce compelling presentation material at pace,adjusting communication styles to suit different audiences
- Experience of working in a matrix management environment
The Offer
Salary of up to £75,000, generous benefits package and an offer of hybrid working, looking for 2 days in the office.
