THE ROLE
My client is looking for a highly organised Property Manager to join this busy office in East London.

You will need to be self-motivated and highly organised, to be able to work independently or as part of a team.

This is an ideal opportunity to gain furtherexperience in Property Management, working for a well-established and highly regarded estate agency.

Once onboard there is an excellent training & development program, including providing support in achieving full ARLA accreditation after probation.

Main duties:

Managing existing tenancies by arranging repairs to be carried out through contractors,
Being the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants,
Completing all pre tenancy works for tenant's moving in and moving out,
Negotiations and actioning of end of tenancy deposit releases,
Ensuring all properties are keeping up with current legislation,
Dealing with Contractors,
Organising and ensuring the security of keys,
Completing inspections and property visits.
Assisting the Head of Dept with weekly audits in the dept and preparation for weekly set up meetings.

THE CANDIDATE

Experience of managing a portfolio of residential properties, ideally London based
Able to drive a manual car with full license.
Excellent organisational skills
A strong problem solver
The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Strong written and verbal and communication skills
Proven customer service skills
Ideally ARLA qualified or training will be provided after probation.
