Customer Service Administrator - St. Austell, United Kingdom - Smith and Reed Recruitment

Well established and highly professional business in St Austell is looking to recruit an experienced customer service administrator to join their team.
This placement will be starting in the next couple of weeks and will be supporting multiple departments with administrative duties.
This role is going until the end of December, this could be extended nearer the time and is paying £14.
They could offer hybrid working once training has been completed, but you will need to work a few days a week from their St Austell office.
- Proactively manage and monitor works and inspections and ensure operatives attend at the scheduled appointment or target date
- Liaise with all customers and subcontractors to establish an excellent after sales response to all complaints/issues ensuring all works are proactively scheduled to achieve required target completion times
- Receive, manage and effectively investigate all complaints ensuring a full understanding of customers' and clients' needs ensuring excellent customer service at all times
- Attend monthly KPI forums and to manage and report continually occurring problems encountered and ensure these can be rectified and the source of the problem identified through KPI data
- Make clear decisions and communicate effectively and openly with customers and contractors ensuring engagement as much as possible
- Organise the programming of works with the Supply Chain and the Customer Care Operatives, and be able to allocate resources in order to maintain a high level of performance and in line with standard operating practices
- To ensure that all works authorised are in accordance with financial regulations, legal requirements and statutory obligations to ensure that adequate monitoring and auditing processes are in place
- To postinspect works, or delegate the inspection within the team, to ensure that the company's interests are protected
- Maintain excellent customer communications and service at all times ensuring customers are promptly advised of any changes to work schedules or any other relevant information
- Through data analysis monitor and report trends and the performance of the subcontractors on a monthly basis
- Reporting into the Construction Manager, ensure that the database computer system is maintained in an accurate and consistent manner, and that excellent communication is kept from Supply Chain to Customer
- As required collate and analyse data and present in a suitable format to support management decisions and monthly reporting dashboards
- Under the guidance of the Technical & Construction teams provide technical and design assistance to customers
- Regularly monitor, review and when required update defect documentation and procedures
Skills:
- Minimum of a couple of years within an admin role
- Experience using different CRMs
- Great customer service skills
- Be a competent user of Microsoft office, including outlook, powerpoint, Excel and word
- Experience in minute taking or recording or meetings
- Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines
- Good written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for details and accuracy.
