About The Role:
Customer Services Executive


If you're passionate about delivering top-notch customer service, we have the perfect role for you As a Customer Services Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our mission, dazzling customers with lightning-fast responses and expert solutions.

From taking orders to tackling recycling queries, no challenge is too big for you

Working Hours & Compensation:


  • Monday to Friday, 9: with a 1 hour lunch break.
  • Starting salary: £23,500 per year, plus an enticing performance bonus.

Responsibilities:


  • Resolving queries with finesse, whether routine or complex.
  • Mastering the art of complaint handling like a true pro.
