Senior Sales Negotiator (Estate Agency) - Ipswich
£35,000
  • £40,000 OTE
Our client is a growing and exciting independent estate agency business, operating across Suffolk and Essex.

As a company, our clients invest heavily in their staff and ambitious individuals have the opportunity to progress up though the company at a fast pace.

Whilst everyone in the sales environment is set targets to achieve depending on experience, the ethos towinning is working as a team.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator you will require to:

  • Have excellent knowledge of the local market
  • Be able to book and carrying out property viewings
  • Keep in regular communication with clients
  • Negotiate offers between the Vendor and Buyer
  • Deliver exceptional and first class customer service
