As part of our Global Procurement team you'll play a pivotal role in not only contributing to performance but also building and protecting Diageo's reputation across our supply base.
This involves delivering outstanding end-to-end value across our supply chain through our commercial leadership, offering innovative supplier solutions, and driving our sustainability agenda across our partners and suppliers.

About this role
The focus of this role has 2 dimensions:
Supplier Diversity
- A value chain built on inclusion and diversity can create employment opportunities, economic advancement and greater representation in marginalised communities. This is why we have chosen to recognise supplier diversity as a business priority, committing to spend 10% with diverseowned and disadvantaged suppliers and agencies by 2025, and 15% by 2030.
- This role is responsible for supporting and executing Diageo Supplier Diversity program.
- Designs, implements, manages, visualizes, and owns Global Supplier Diversity Data
- Ensures smooth data processes in our core systems, primarily SAP and Coupa alongside other local systems globally.
- Ensures reporting methodology is updated and reflects the evolution of the program
- Generates insights to advance our supplier diversity program globally.
- Supports development of metrics that matter for supplier diversity program and ensure measurement methodologies.
- Ensures that supplier diversity data is communicated and accurately reflected on various reports, such as Annual Report, Executive Spirit of Progress, Global Procurement LT Run meeting, and any other relevant.
- Drives the digitalization of our Supplier Diversity ways of working, identifying the best solutions internally and externally, designs solutions and owns the successful execution.
- Our mission is Collaborating with supplier and agency partners to deliver performance and drive jointvalue creation, with an ambition to enhance Supplier Experience delivering +45NPS improving Customer of Choice Position
- Designs, implements, manages, visualizes, and owns Supplier Segmentation Data and methodology
- Develop and maintain a consistent set of consistent global KPIs for SPM, while collaborating with GBO and D&T teams to simplify and digitalize our existing SPM data process and systems.

Supplier Collaboration Program:
From leveraging existing systems towards a future single solution where applicable.
About you
To be successful in role you will ideally have procurement experience, including analytics, research, insights, category specialist/analyst, Data &Technology Analyst, etc.
