Office Administrator/ Service Coordinator to join the team.

Salary:
£23,000 PA


Job Type: 3-months fixed term contract

Hours:
Mon - Fri 09:00 - 17:00


About Us:


Due to continuing company growth, Universal Building Specialists are actively looking to expand our current dynamic team, based in Ashford Kent.

We are seeking the role of an administrator/Service Coordinator to join our fast-paced service team, initiallyon a 3-month basis due to increased workload, but this could be considered for a permanent role if workload allows.


Office Administrator - Key Responsibilities:


  • First point of contact for service calls, capturing and recording all new service enquiries
  • Scheduling of planned maintenance
  • Receiving and registering reactive maintenance tasks
  • Prioritisation of job tickets for allocation to appropriate resources
  • Scheduling and dispatch of service engineers and subcontracted resources
  • Requires efficient forwardscheduling of multiple engineers' diaries
  • Coordinating followup remedial works
  • Liaison with Operations Manager for the procurement of equipment and materials for allocated service jobs
  • Act as Fire Marshall and First Aider

Office Administrator - **You:


  • Experience in a coordinator role associated with planned and reactive maintenance preferred but not essential
  • Experience of working within an officebased environment
  • Good problemsolving capability

- Must be personable and capable of building good customer relationships

  • Experience in using CAFM systems logging jobs, running reports, raising purchase orders etc
  • Must be motivated and capable of working collaboratively with others to form positive working relationships
  • Must have a level head and thrive on multitasking
  • Must be reliable and responsible
  • Must be committed to delivering a quality service and motivated to take ownership of outcomes
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
