Eteach Group is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Recruitment Consultant Team Leader to join our Cardiff Recruitment Team.


You will be a natural leader, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and will be able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their goals, while also being able to work collaboratively with other departments within the company.


Here's what you can expect to be doing:

  • Managing/Mentoring a team focusing on the Education industry sector
  • Developing effective working relationships with existing and new clients
  • Proactively seeking to develop accounts and bring on new business
  • Achieve or exceed targets and objectives
  • Motivating the team to gain the highest possible outcomes, through activity, whilst balancing wellbeing

Key skills required:


  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding growth and GP targets
  • Ability to drive strong activity levels
  • Previous work within a highcompliance sector
  • Strong customer service skills
  • A high standard of written and oral communication skills
  • Proactive work with central support teams
  • Outstanding organisation skills and strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate computer skills

Salary:
£32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
