Duties:


  • Taking inbound customer service calls
  • Setting up files for each contact that calls
  • Provide support and guidance as required on each contact build a file on what they are looking for
  • Monitor and update the database with every call
  • Confident with speaking to stakeholder and external clients

Experience Required:


  • Confident telephone manger with a caring nature
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work at pace and with good attention to detail
