Trainee Recruitment Resourcer


Due to continued growth, we at 1st Step Solutions - Bristol are looking for someone to join our Bristol Office as part of the Resource Team.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a hugely successful team that specialise in Mechanical and Electrical Recruitment within the Commercial & Industrial construction sector.

This role is ideally suited to someone that has just finished School / College and looking to make their way into a career

Main duties

Placing Job adverts

Reference checking with clients

Service calls to existing sites with a view to picking up extra business


This is a role that gets you into recruitment where in time you can climb the career ladder within the Resource Team or even look to push your career into a sales role as Recruitment Consultant.
