Our School is for 11-19 year olds and rated

We also have a college onsite for 16-25 year olds with an Ofsted rating of

Residential services for adults, either living in accommodation at our 165 acres in Warford or in one of our houses in a local town or village in Cheshire.

Adult day opportunities which develop social and vocational skills with the potential to lead to employment opportunities.

Access to therapy, nursing, medical and behaviour support if appropriate to an individual's needs.

David Lewis provides care 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Hence, the post does require working early, late and weekend shifts as required.

Behaviour Support Assistant


Term Time Only

33.75 hours a week


We are recruiting for talented Behaviour Support Assistants for our outstanding (Ofsted) College and School who want to make a real difference to the day-to-day learning of our students.


These roles will involve working with students on 1 to 1 basis or a small group supporting their learning, encouraging independence and choice, helping to build self-esteem, raise confidence, and explore vocational and employment choices and positive behaviour management.

You will promote our inclusive and welcoming learning environment and provide any additional support including personal care, mobility support, daily routine support and communication support.

Experience in a Teaching/Learning Support Assistant role within an SEN environment, supporting children & young people with complex needs is preferred but not essential.

Full training and support will be given.
