Our client is an exciting and vibrant B2B marketing agency - they are at the forefront of producing design work for largely tech based clients, and are looking for a design lead to join their team.

In this exciting and collaborative role, you will be leading the multi-disciplinary design team to craft visual identities ti new sites, campaigns and marketing content.

Creative excellence will be your chief focus
We are looking for a talented designer with proven experience within an agency environment.

You must have an impressive and varied portfolio showcasing well thought out, innovative work - with a clear objective that articulates a strong credible response toa brief.

Working with the Associate Director and Senior Design team, you must be ambitious in your approach as the got to person for all branding projects.

You will possess a hands on approach at key moments throughout the design and creative process - andbe able to present confidently to clients.

A strong cultural awareness is key, as well as having worked on producing content for social media.

Proficiency in Figma / Sketch, Adobe CC is essential, along with familiarity with UX and UI design - some knowledge of motion is desirable but not essential.
