MORTGAGE ADVISER

(New Build)

Edinburgh

Hybrid Working

Fully Employed, Competitive Salary, Bonuses and Benefits OTE £80,000
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Adviser within our client's
NewBuild Department based in Edinburgh.

Fully employed with benefits
Dealing with multiple builders and would be the lead adviser with 1 or 2 builders specifically
Generous remuneration package including quarterly and annual bonuses with an OTE up to £70£80k although this is uncapped
Some weekend working in line with the builders working times
Hybrid working.

There is excellent administration and managerial support. Previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser is essential, previous New Build experience is advantageous. You must be CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
