Responsibilities below:

Assessing the current risk management approach and devising and implementing a compliance framework including a risk register that captures all the key risk areas faced by the business
Day to day responsibility for managing and implementing US / UK / EU sanctions compliance to include delivery of training ; monitoring effectiveness of and amendments required to policies ; managing the risk register and associated processes and audits
Working with the stakeholders who currently operate within the key risk areas ( eg in house counsel, Finance Director, DPO. Security Risk Manager ) to ensure compliance with GDPR / PECR and FCA obligations in accordance with the AR / IAR regimes and similar obligations in other international jurisdictions

Previous Generalist Compliance experience, Sanctions and GDPR experience is preferred.
