Inform Recruitment is working exclusively with Intervision Global Group - a small but internationally growing group of companies - to recruit a Sales Administrator to ensure sales are optimised and that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

The InterVision Global Group design, develop, install and support inspection systems for global manufacturers.

It also has an e-commerce platform for the buying and selling of industrial components, which it ships to more than 100 countries worldwide.

Currently, the Group has subsidiary companies in the UK, Netherlands and the USA. Later in 2023, it is expecting to open an office in Singapore for the Asian market. The business is based on a new business park, that is easily accessible from Warwick, Kenilworth and Coventry.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working closely alongside the Finance Manager, the role will involve:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all telephone enquiries
  • Processing orders and subscription renewals
  • Preparing delivery documentation and customs paperwork
  • Updating customers on shipment delays
  • Booking international deliveries
  • Processing POs
  • Providing quotations and proforma invoices
  • Managing relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Coordinating foreign travel arrangements
  • Placing orders for office consumables
  • Receiving and sorting post and parcels
  • Maintaining stock records
  • Assisting with accounting and financerelated duties
  • Actioning all other adhoc duties as necessary


For this role to be a good suit for you, you'll be highly organised, be able to prioritise effectively and manage tasks concurrently.

You'll be process-driven and enjoy taking ownership to see your tasks through to completion. When it comes to spotting opportunities and potential issues, you'll be one step ahead. You'll work best being part of a small team that pulls together.

You'll absorb information quickly, have a head for numbers, and a keen eye for detail. Experience using Excel, Outlook and Teams and the confidence to learn new systems are essential. You will utilise your confident and professional communication style to ensure actions get completed on time.


The company offers an annual leave entitlement of 22 days, which will increase by one day per year, up to a maximum of 25 days, plus Bank Holidays.

A 5% pension contribution and health insurance after one year's service.
