We are looking for a full time event assistant to join our small friendly team.Great job for a recent graduate looking to get into the events industry
You'll be assisting us with all the administration for our event's company, we run conferences and courses in a range of areas from children's mental health to aesthetics.
Job Tasks
We are on look out for enthusiastic individual with strong communication skills, have the ability to work under pressure, and must enjoy working with figures and administration
Key Tasks
- Registration of delegates attending events and the smooth handling the registration process.
- Invoicing delegates and chasing outstanding invoices.
- Keeping accurate financial records, reconciling payments and paying bills.
- Preparing delegate material and packs.
- Ensuring filing and storage systems are updated and well organised.
- Booking speakers travel and accommodation.
- Updating our website & social media admin
- Onsite registration support and ensuring our events are running smoothly
- General administrative support as required
- Attending events and ensuring their smooth running
The person:
- An experienced administrator with ideally at least 2 years' experience
(required): - Education Batchelors Degree
(required): - An excellent communication skills, confident on the phone, fluent written and spoken English
- Computer literate including confidence with Word, Outlook and Excel
- Database experience
- Excellent organisation skills
- Knowledge of social media
- High levels of accuracy
- Ability to multitask
- Time management and ability to meet numerous deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Confidence, disciplined and hardworking
- Selfmotivation
- Professional at all times
Job Types:

Salary:
£19,00 - 23,000.00 per year
