Description

Our client is an established business based in Hertfordshire that is looking for an HR Advisor to join them on a permanent basis Reporting into the Senior HR Advisor, you will provide first and second line support for clients working as an integral part of their team of HR Advisors.

You will be responsible for:

Advising on / attending / chairing disciplinaries and grievances meetings
Support with redundancy, TUPE and restructures
Supporting recruitment activities of clients
HR administration such as sickness tracking and absence management
Providing onsite support to clients as required on a regular or ad hoc basis
Projects as and when required.

You will need the following experience:

Ideally CIPD Qualified (Level 5)
A good understanding of business, finance and employment legislation is essential
Good HR Generalist background
The ability to quickly establish creditability and to influence others positively
Able to work under pressure to tight deadlines
A high standard of spoken and written English is essential for the effective delivery and the ability to positively influence
Full Driving Licence and immediate access to a car (occasional travel will be required).

Salary £30-35K (dependent on experience) plus a good working environment and opportunity to progress.
