Full time (35 hours per week), 12 month fixed term contract

Salary:
Grade 3. £25,192. Please note, for internal applicants the salary will be reflected by pay and award policy


Working arrangements: 35 hours per week between 8am and 6pm. Hybrid working - you will be required to work in the office a minimum of 6 days per month.


Key responsibilities

  • Support with the coordination and delivery of MRCP(UK)'s full suite of examinations and assessments
  • Maintain and develop excellent relationships with all our exam delivery partners and key stakeholders
  • Prepare, pack and ship timecritical exam materials and documentation across the UK and around the world
  • Support with the coordination of our invigilators, invigilating as required

About you

  • Experience of working in an office administration role, ideally within exams or assessments
  • Able to provide excellent customer service to stakeholders at all levels
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to safeguard confidential information and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • Able to use general office software and technology and systems
  • Confident in building and developing relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced team environment
