Continuous Improvement Engineer

Salary:
£31,000 - £33,000 DOE

Location:
Keighley, Shipley, Bradford and Leeds

Hours:
Mon-Thurs 8.30am-5pM/Fri 8.30am-1.30pm

Due to continued growth, this company are looking to strengthen and as such are now looking to add an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to their established workforce.


The Role:


  • Champion lean manufacturing and methodologies
  • Lead manufacturing and logístical improvements
  • Evaluate, analyse and identify ways to action improvements to production and processes
- _Create and distribute information on the most competent way of performing tasks_
- _Overseeing production floor layout_


You will need:


  • Experience working in FMCG or Automotive Manufacturing Engineering environment
  • Proven experience working: DFMA/FMEA/Process Control Methods
  • Working with material flows, Kanban and pull systems
  • Cell layout, manufacturing processes and work station design
  • Engineering degree within mechanical, automotive, industrial or manufacturing
  • The ability to mentor and develop teams
