Customer Relationship Manager

Your typical day will involve:
- Liaising with solicitors, lenders, surveyors and estate agents to assist withy progressing our client's mortgage aplications
- Working in a team of Administrators who support our Mortgage Advisers
- Speaking with clients on a daily basis to update them on their mortgages, building strong and longlasting relationships
- Effective diary and CRM management for the company on a regular basis
- Answering the phone to our clients and being the first port of call
A bit about you:
- Previous administration experience (Financial Services is a bonus)
- Previous Customer Service experience (Financial Services is a bonus)
- Microsoft Office experience
- You will be able to solve problems in a timely manner to achieve good customer outcomes
- You'll be motivated by a fastpaced and bustling environment

£22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
