About us
Tactus build, brand and sell trusted PC gaming and computer hardware and operate multiple ecommerce websites, one of which is Box.
Responsibilities:
- Use product databases to track products through their lifecycle
- Test, diagnose and process IT products, components, appliances, and gadgets which have been returned by customers
- Repair and upgrade computers, laptops and components. Fix products which are in and out of warranty for resale or return to suppliers
- Liaise with internal teams with technical issues and test results
- Process the return of products to suppliers/manufacturers.
Experience:
- Familiar and interested in technology products
- Comfortable with data
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment (preferred)
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners (preferred)
Salary:
From £10.42 per hour

- Tamworth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Warehouse experience (preferred)
