You will work for a highly respected legal publishing company in London who are seen as an authoritative voice in the legal sector.
They are launching a new digital marketing product and it requires it's clients to submit content onto their account.Yourrole will be to contact the legal firms and inform them on the steps they need to take to upload this content.
The role is initially 4 months but they are looking to make you permanent.Client Details
This legal publisher has a fun, friendly and supportive working environment. They have hybrid working where you can work from home 50% of the time.
Description
As the Sales Support Administrator you will:
- Contact legal clients and inform them on how to upload new content onto the platform
- Direct and teach clients how to use the system
- Admin on the CRM system to update client accounts
- Report back to the Sales Director
- Escalate any client issues
- Inform clients on the importance to upload their content and how the new product will influence them
Profile
- Have excellent telephone manner
- Be proactive
- Build relationships successfully
- Willingness to learn and help the wider team
- Ability to start immediately
Job Offer
As the Sales Supoport Administrator, you will be rewarded with a salary of 24k and have a great chance of being made permanent.
