Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Be the welcoming face of the school, managing incoming calls, visitors, and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Administrative Support:
Provide essential administrative assistance to school staff, including data entry, document preparation, and maintaining organised records.
Scheduling and Coordination:
Efficiently manage appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring smooth coordination and communication within the school community.
Technology Proficiency:

Requirements:
Communication Skills:

Commit to an 8 am - 4 pm schedule, ensuring timely and reliable attendance.
To be considered for this position you will:
- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
- have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
