Regional Catering Manager / Regional Hospitality Manager

40 hours per week, plus 'on-call' duties shared with other Regional Catering Managers

£40,000 - £43,000 p/a depending on experience, plus bonus & car allowance

Introduction


A rare opportunity for an experienced Regional Catering Manager / Regional Hospitality Manager to join our Hotel Services team and become a valued part of day-to-day leading the catering /hospitality operations.

Based at our Support Centre in Ringwood, Hampshirewith regular travel to our luxury nursing homes across the locality.


You'll lead a home-based catering team, ensuring each of your homes' catering / hospitality departments is effectively and efficiently run, providing residents with home-cooked nutritious meals which reflect their individual choices and dietary needs.


You'll be conscious of the need to focus on continually improving standards through leadership, training, and support, aiming to achieve that 'wow' factor that leads to a first-class dining experience for our residents.

Where the emphasis is on quality ofpresentation and service.


As Regional Catering Manager / Regional Hospitality Manager you'll work in collaboration with our Companionship Teams for larger internal and external events involving catering.


About you


You'll have an infectious enthusiasm for what you do and a genuine passion for creating an exceptional resident dining experience.

You're a qualified chef, a natural communicator, able to handle ever changing priorities with ease. You're professional, organised,and self-motivated.


You'll be qualified to degree level with a supplementary qualification in nutrition, bringing expert understanding in nutrition with a sound working knowledge of modified diets, and a detailed knowledge of the statutory requirements pertaining to catering.

You'll be friendly and approachable with a sense of fun, confident in building relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
