Job Summary:

We are seeking a Receptionist for our site based in Tranent.

The following duties are related to the Receptionist position.

Answering all incoming calls to the business
Directing calls to the correct person and taking messages when required
Ensuring the Reception area and associated meeting rooms are tidy and presentable
Welcoming and dealing with all visitors to the business
Organising taxis
Booking meeting rooms and arrange refreshments, lunches/buffets as required
Providing administration support to the wider team
Various ad hoc administration duties as required

The following are minimum requirements related to the Receptionist position.

Previous Receptionist experience
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Good Customer Care skills and telephone etiquette
Competent and confident understanding of Word and Outlook
Ability to adjust to new procedures/process quickly and effectively

The salary for this position is £23,804.89 per annum.
