Job Summary:

We are seeking a Receptionist for our site based in Tranent.

The following duties are related to the Receptionist position.

  • Answering all incoming calls to the business
  • Directing calls to the correct person and taking messages when required
  • Ensuring the Reception area and associated meeting rooms are tidy and presentable
  • Welcoming and dealing with all visitors to the business
  • Organising taxis
  • Booking meeting rooms and arrange refreshments, lunches/buffets as required
  • Providing administration support to the wider team
  • Various ad hoc administration duties as required
The following are minimum requirements related to the Receptionist position.

  • Previous Receptionist experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good Customer Care skills and telephone etiquette
  • Competent and confident understanding of Word and Outlook
  • Ability to adjust to new procedures/process quickly and effectively
The salary for this position is £23,804.89 per annum.
