£35,000 - £37,000 salary- 12 month Fixed Term Contract
About Our Client:
The client is a housing organisation in the Not for Profit sector who manage properties on behalf of the local council and private landlords, operating on a completely independent basis.
The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor include:
- Providing effective Employee Relations advice to managers and staff
- Providing coaching to managers
- Contributing to the delivery of the People and OD strategy
- Taking the lead on all HR matters and work collaboratively with the Business Partner to ensure effective delivery
- Providing regular Management Information reports
The Successful Applicant:
The successful HR Advisor should have:
- Extensive experience managing employee relation casework
- Excellent knowledge of employment law
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills and the ability to work with a variety of systems
