£35,000 - £37,000 salary

  • 12 month Fixed Term Contract

About Our Client:


The client is a housing organisation in the Not for Profit sector who manage properties on behalf of the local council and private landlords, operating on a completely independent basis.

They aim to deliver a high quality service to all communities they serve.

The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor include:

  • Providing effective Employee Relations advice to managers and staff
  • Providing coaching to managers
  • Contributing to the delivery of the People and OD strategy
  • Taking the lead on all HR matters and work collaboratively with the Business Partner to ensure effective delivery
  • Providing regular Management Information reports

The Successful Applicant:


The successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Extensive experience managing employee relation casework
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to work with a variety of systems
