£35,000 - £37,000 salary

12 month Fixed Term Contract

About Our Client:

The client is a housing organisation in the Not for Profit sector who manage properties on behalf of the local council and private landlords, operating on a completely independent basis.

They aim to deliver a high quality service to all communities they serve.

The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor include:

Providing effective Employee Relations advice to managers and staff
Providing coaching to managers
Contributing to the delivery of the People and OD strategy
Taking the lead on all HR matters and work collaboratively with the Business Partner to ensure effective delivery
Providing regular Management Information reports

The Successful Applicant:

The successful HR Advisor should have:

Extensive experience managing employee relation casework
Excellent knowledge of employment law
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong working relationships
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT skills and the ability to work with a variety of systems
