Sports Coach with Teaching Assistant Responsibility

EdStart are supporting a leading sports coaching provider to recruit to a sports coach with teaching assistant responsibilities to support sessions across schools within the Greater Manchester area.

This role will be part time; working 30 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

This is a truly unique opportunity to work in a classroom setting as a teaching assistant/learning mentor, whilst then being able to support as part of the specialist sports coaching team.

In addition to Teaching Assistant responsibilities, you will support the coaches during sports sessions to work with children from early years up to key stage 2; working to the PE curriculum and extra-curricular activities through a range of sports through before & after school, lunch and holiday clubs.

Would suit somebody with previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Sports Coach, Sports Assistant
