Head of Growth (Interim) | Hyper-Growth Enterprise Software | EMEA (remote)
Having gained global recognition for its high-quality innovative SaaS product, the business is looking to build on this success.

This role would best suit someone who would like to have a leading role in scaling a hyper-growth company.

The headquarters is based in mainland Europe, and its office space supports the company culture to provide a beautiful work environment where creativity and people thrive, but this role is remote.


Requirements:


  • 7+ years of demand generation experience working with companies going through hypergrowth
  • Experience creating programs and campaigns for EMEA markets
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, while juggling and meeting multiple deadlines
  • Analytical skills to measure and report on the efficiency of marketing campaigns and programs
  • A great storyteller internally by reporting on success and learning moments, and externally through targeted campaigns
  • Strong project management, time management, and execution skills
  • Expertise in understanding data, telling stories and executing across channels to create a customerfocused experience
  • Experience with marketing software such as Marketo, Drift, Wordpress, Salesforce, Uberflip, ON24, and more
  • Ability to learn new technologies, products, and systems quickly

Responsibilities

  • Drive campaign initiatives aligned with the global demand generation strategy and localise them to generate qualified leads and pipeline in EMEA
  • Create and maintain a calendar of programs that is in line with the regional EMEA marketing team goals
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to position the business to different verticals
  • Create and execute vertical and solution marketing campaigns to varying audiences including technical and business segments
  • Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates
  • Set goals and define metrics for all campaigns
  • Analyse campaign results in detail, draw insights and make databased adjustments. What worked? What didn't? How many campaign responses did we drive? What pipeline did we drive?
  • Share best practices and testing results with the wider marketing team
