Job Title:
Sales Support Assistant

Location:
Home Based - 1 day in the office (minimum) in Kidlington

Salary:
Up to £25k dependant on experience

Our client supplies immunological reagents and kits to the European research market and is looking for a scientific graduate to assist the global sales team.

Key responsibilities will include:

All customer orders are received and processed in a timely manner
Direct access to customers via our essential Live Chat service
Performing data entry duties with regards to sales figures, metrics and other key data
Customer Liaison outreach and statistics
Supporting role to Key Account Managers
Making followup contact to inform customers of new or improved products
Working as part of an integrated and flexible Sales

You will also have good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. You will be highly motivated and target orientated.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
