About the role

What you will be doing

  • Analysing web and booking data to evaluate the effectiveness of the promotions, recommending and optimising content.
  • Working with lots of teams within BA Holidays, BA, and externally.
  • As you grow in the role you will also have the opportunity to work with external marketing agencies to support delivery of affiliate marketing.

What you will bring

  • High accuracy and attention to detail this is needed to draft copy and update content across multiple country markets
  • Commercial acumen to effectively analyse web and booking data
  • Experience in digital marketing and knowledge of marketing trends
  • Experience of writing online content and use of web publishing tools.
  • Working with variety of teams needs strong relationship management skills and confidence to appropriately raise questions.
  • The markets can be fast paced, so you need to be able to adapt to changing internal and external requirements.

What we can offer you


To help you decide whether you would like to apply, as a guide, a typical salary in this role is around £27,000 to £29,000 per annum (this may vary depending on your relevant skills and experience), plus benefits.

Our offices are based in central Crawley and we offer hybrid working (within the UK only). Generally, this role works from our offices twice a week, with additional days as needed depending on meetings etc. There will also be occasional meetings in BA's head office (near Heathrow) and in our London-based agencies.

Office days are co-ordinated so that colleagues in the same team are in the office together to collaborate in person.

We usually support new colleagues in the office full time for the first two to four weeks.
