Business Change Manager - 12 Month FTC- Based in Birmingham 1 day a week


Our client is a leading British multinational energy company looking for a Business Change Manager who will work within the People Transformation Team.

This role will involve playing a critical part in the successful delivery and embedding of changes tothe business.


Responsibilities include:

  • Consulting on people change management across each transformation initiative, using knowledge of change management approaches to ensure the change is embedded and advantages are realised
  • Understand, interpret and communicate stakeholder necessities, whilst maintaining strategic relationships
  • Design, outline, and deliver a programme of work to enable the strategic goals of the business to be reached. Continually evaluating the strategy, and identifying new opportunities for further work.

Experience required:

  • Understanding of Waterfall and Agile Methodologies
  • Experience of managing change in ambiguity
  • Proven track record of delivering cultural change
  • Recognised Change Management qualification would be desired (e.g. Prosci, APMG, ACM)
  • Experience of working with/qualification in LEAN, Continuous Improvement or Six Sigma
