About the Care Support Workers
role:

We have multiple vacancies for full and part time
Care Support Workers to join our services in Clacton-on-Sea, supporting people to live as independently as possible and to encourage people to have a fulfilled life and access the local community.

What we're looking for in our Care Support Workers:

You will be caring, motivated and determined to make a positive difference every day for the people we support
You will be able to promote person centred working, focusing on helping people become more independent and living their life the way it most matters to them

What you can expect to be doing as our Care Support Workers:

Providing social, practical and emotional support to customers so that the individual supported can achieve their personal goals and aspirations
Where required support people with all activities of daily living including providing personal care in a way that respects their dignity
Participating actively in personalised support planning, ensuring that the person we support has maximum choice and control in their life
Bringing ideas and enthusiasm to your role, search out new and innovative opportunities with the people you support
Protecting the safety of the people you are supporting, following all management plans consistently including those relating to health, diet, medication, finances and behaviour

_This role will require an Enhanced DBS check and a driver's licence (own vehicle not required)._
