As the
Head of Drive at Sodexo, location flexible, you are a tenacious and resilient leader who drives change through effective communication and proven experience managing food management systems.


You will play a vital role in improving how we control our food operations and use data to drive change, ultimately contributing to Sodexo's mission to improve the Quality of Life for our clients, customers, and employees.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the DRIVE strategy for the UK&I and effective use of the food management system to implement processes and use of data
  • Manage the data entry team and costing process ensuring accurate and timely information is provided
  • Develop, document, maintain and improve all relevant business processes that support the strategy
  • Identify opportunities to improve compliance across the business and lead the professional family in region on this
  • Work across the food platform ensuring activity from a data build perspective is coordinated
  • Manage and communicate compliance within the business and any required action plans
  • Communicate system updates with the system users

Essential

  • 10+ years' experience managing and delivering a food management system in a complex, multisite operating environment in the foodservice industry
  • Proven experience of managing a large team
  • Proven experience in working in food businesses and using data to drive business change
  • Excellent people management and coaching skills
  • Clear communicator, both spoken and written with strong presentation skills
  • Clear understanding of the role of food to Sodexo
  • Ability to manage a data entry team within a food business

Desirable

  • Clear understanding of food supply chains
  • An indepth knowledge or product and menu.
