About the role
We are recruiting for a Technical Graduate to join our offices located at BioCity in Nottingham.

We rely on ourtechnical teams to ensure 100% compliance with regards to food safety, quality and legality
. Our Technical teams work on the development and manufacturing processes of our products. They aim to make sure our products are safe, made in an efficient way and meet specific quality standards.

As part of this scheme, you will have four distinct areas of development during your time with us which will include Quality Assurance, Food Technology & Systems, Hygiene with the final assignment being project based in a relevant area that will add technical value to the business.

This is a hybrid role so your working week will encompass a mix of being based at our offices in Nottingham and from home, along with some site
- based work and activities. You will roll your sleeves up and get stuck into life at 2 Sisters. You will have exposure to people at all different levels and learn from some of the best in the industry.

We will support you right from the start as well as giving you a structured development plan. You will also be partnered with a mentor who will be with you every step of the way.

Our eligibility criteria for our Technical Graduate Scheme is as follows:

2.2 minimum degree in Food Science, Food Microbiology, or other science related discipline
Graduated within the last 3 years.
A real passion for food and a desire to work in the food industry
